Open Week Results
The 3 Person Rumble proved very popular on Friday 7th. Local members were to the fore with Mick Dillon, Alex Dunne & Joe Sweeney taking the honours with a fine score of 81 pts. 2nd spot was won again by a local team of Larry Comerford, Martin Donohue & PJ Dreeling scoring 79 points. Third spot went to a visiting team from Waterford. Faithlegg members Donal Lawlor & Dudley Higgins along with Williamstown member Pat Keating scored 76 points over the 18 holes.
Our weekend fourball competition was won by Aldo Marini & Paul Shortt with a score of 45pts. Second spot was filled by Joe Byrne & Thomas Nevin with a score of 44pts and 3rd Place went to Darren Carroll & Stephen Roche with a score of 43pts.
Nine Hole
This week’s Brendan McDermott Golf Academy Golf Shop 9 hole winner is Luke Kelly with 23 points playing off 9. Joe Byrne claimed second spot and MJ Doherty came third. Only 7 weeks remain to make the top 15 and ties playoff.
There is a birdie hole rollover next week, that will have a pot of at least €120 up for grabs.

Members competition this weekend is a white tee strokes. There are golfer of the year points on offer and members can play either Saturday or Sunday.
