The Boyne Ladies Team had a great win against Castlecomer in sweltering heat on Sunday June 18th.At home Ann Mullins and Maura Coe won on the 16th.followed by Nora Barron and Joan Murphy’s win on the 17th.Lady Captain Helen Dunne and Kate Hennessy were about to tee off on the 20th. when called in as word had just come in that Ger Hickey and Gay Latchford had secured a win on the 16th.in  Castlecomer.Ann Farrell and Eithne Donnelly put up a strong fight in Castlecomer also,but were beaten.The Team which is managed by Joan Murphy will be meeting the winners of New Ross or Thurles in the next round.
