If you are planning a Hen Party in Kilkenny a day at the races in Gowran Park is ideal. We have 17 race meetings per year and a number of different packages to suit. Finding a hen party activity in Kilkenny to suit everyone is not always easy but who could resist a fun filled day at the races with food, drinks and laughs.
Hen Party Activity Packages
Gowran Park offers three different options that would suit every hen party coming to Kilkenny or Carlow. We have Platinum and Silver packages and we also do a reduced group rate for ticket only.
Free bus – Gowran Park operate a complimentary bus to every race meeting. It departs from close to the gates of Kilkenny Castle usually one hour before the first race. The bus will then return to Kilkenny after racing.
Hen Party Accommodation
The bus drops people on the Parade which is close to most of the hen party accommodation in Kilkenny. Plus its very close to many of the main pubs and clubs such as Langtons, Matt the Millers and the Left Bank.
